adequate, but some issues
faulty app lack of microwave
The room had all the basics I needed. Nothing special, but acceptable.
I really disliked the app-based entry system. it often failed to work, and it was the only way to unlock the door. A physical key card should also be an option. also, there was no microwave in the renovated room, quite inconvenient.

Functional stay with some drawbacks

The location offered convenient access to the metro station. Several restaurants and grocery stores were nearby. The provision of coffee for the coffee machine was welcome (i enjoy a morning brew). Kitchen essentials were available.
The lack of on-site staff was noticeable. Problem-solving became challenging due to this absence. There was no microwave in the apartment. The towels were rather small (more like hand towels) so drying off completely was a bit difficult.

Adequate stay overall
working lifts stocked kitchen uncomfortable pillows secure luggage
The room was a good size. It had easy access to the train. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans. There were clean and working lifts.
The luggage room is not secure. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. There was no staff on site to solve problems quickly. It was difficult to get in originally as I did not have phone connectivity.

the provided kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware it allowed easy meal preparation i liked the inclusion of a coffee machine and found it convenient a nearby supermarket made grocery shopping simple the room was clean and well maintained throughout my visit
i found the digital check-in process slightly cumbersome it required downloading an app which presented a minor inconvenience upon arrival

the hotel is near two metro stations a maxi ica store is also located nearby all provide convenient access to transportation and shopping the location offers practicality for exploring the surrounding area.

staff were accessible via phone and email they were responsive when i required assistance their availability ensured that any questions or concerns were promptly addressed during my time there communication was good.

annoying app key huge waste
The kitchen had everything i needed. I liked that a lot.
The app key was so annoying. It barely worked. i often waited ages to get in my room. It reminded me of a huge waste of time, really frustrating.

The room had a large TV screen. I appreciated the good kitchen supply, it reminded me of a real apartment.
There was no heating! I could not find any staff to assist with getting into our room.
