The location offered convenient access to the metro station. Several restaurants and grocery stores were nearby. The provision of coffee for the coffee machine was welcome (i enjoy a morning brew). Kitchen essentials were available.
The lack of on-site staff was noticeable. Problem-solving became challenging due to this absence. There was no microwave in the apartment. The towels were rather small (more like hand towels) so drying off completely was a bit difficult.

The room was a good size. It had easy access to the train. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans.
The luggage room is not secure. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. There was no staff on site to solve problems quickly. It was difficult to get in originally as I did not have phone connectivity.

the provided kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware it allowed easy meal preparation i liked the inclusion of a coffee machine and found it convenient a nearby supermarket made grocery shopping simple the room was clean and well maintained throughout my visit
i found the digital check-in process slightly cumbersome it required downloading an app which presented a minor inconvenience upon arrival

the room included various lighting options that allowed for adjustable brightness the bed was comfortable and the provided coffee and tea enhanced the room's functionality it made for a pleasant stay.

the hotel is near two metro stations a maxi ica store is also located nearby all provide convenient access to transportation and shopping the location offers practicality for exploring the surrounding area.

The app key was so annoying. It barely worked. i often waited ages to get in my room. It reminded me of a huge waste of time, really frustrating.
